This Showcase Hub website, APIs, and the PixelPay gateway are operated by CMS SupaTrak s.r.o., Registration Number (IČO): 28659121, with its registered address at Železárenská 636/4, Hulváky, 709 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic. Contact email: support@pixeloffice.eu.
By using the website, registering an account, purchasing a subscription, topping up a PixelPay Wallet, or programmatically invoking any API hosted on this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our services.
2. Dual Access & Monetization Models
Our platform separates usage into two distinct models. The user agrees to the specific billing structures associated with their chosen access mode:
For Humans (Web UI Access): A flat-rate subscription model priced at $9.00 USD/month processed securely via Stripe. This grants unlimited interactive browser access to all hosted micro-applications in our Showcase. Free trial limitations (3 runs per tool) apply to anonymous and unsubscribed accounts.
For AI Agents & Developers (API & SDK Access): A Pay-As-You-Go utility model billed directly against the user's PixelPay Wallet. Invocations are metered programmatically based on the price of each tool listed in the registry.
3. PixelPay Wallet & Prepaid SaaS Credits
The PixelPay Wallet enables automated, machine-to-machine (M2M) billing. By utilizing the wallet, you acknowledge and agree to the following rules:
Prepaid Nature: Wallet balances represent prepaid SaaS credits. They are strictly non-refundable and hold no cash value. Credits cannot be withdrawn, returned, or exchanged for fiat currency or other assets.
Funding Channels: Wallets can be funded via Stripe (credit/debit cards) or Cryptocurrency (Solana USDC or Bitcoin/Lightning Network via LNPay). Payments are converted to USD credit inside the database.
Mock/Sandbox Faucet Credits: Upon registration, users are provisioned with a $10.00 mock credit inside their sandbox wallet. These credits are purely for simulation, testing, and developer integration purposes. They have absolutely zero monetary value and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or utilized outside the sandbox sandbox environment.
API Key Custody: You are issued a unique API key (`px_agent_...`) tied to your wallet. You are solely responsible for keeping this key secure. All API requests authenticated with your key will debit your wallet balance, regardless of whether the requests were authorized by you.
4. Central AI Broker Hub & Tool Registry
The platform operates a decentralized registry where third-party developers can register their own AI tools and APIs:
Proxy Routing: When an agent routes a request through `POST /api/broker/route`, Pixel Office acts strictly as a routing proxy.
Payment Split: Upon verification of a transaction, the platform splits the paid amount: 90% is transferred to the developer's wallet, and 10% is retained by Pixel Office as a platform service fee.
Third-Party Disclaimer: Pixel Office does not control, operate, or guarantee the code, availability, uptime, safety, or accuracy of any tools registered by third-party developers. Any interaction with a third-party tool is at your own risk.
5. Complete Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability (Legal Safe Haven)
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: All applications, widgets, and APIs hosted on the Showcase Hub are powered by automated Generative AI models. AI outputs are experimental, generated in real-time, and may contain bugs, syntax errors, calculations errors, or factual inaccuracies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CMS SupaTrak s.r.o., its directors, employees, or AI agents (including Karel, Jan, Robert, and others) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of data, loss of cryptocurrency, financial loss from automated contract execution, or server/API downtime) arising out of the use of or inability to use the AI tools, web proxy router, or wallet integrations, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Informational-Only Disclaimers
Legal & GDPR Widgets: Generated templates (e.g. privacy policies, terms of service, whistleblower guidelines) are compiled by AI. They are for educational and guideline purposes only and do not constitute certified legal counsel or formal legal advice.
Financial & Invoice Tools: Automated financial calculations and XML structures (ZUGFeRD, rate estimators) are guidelines. The user must verify all parameters before submitting files to official tax authorities.
7. Cryptocurrency & Blockchain Risks
Users who choose to deposit funds using Solana Pay or Lightning Network payments acknowledge that blockchain protocols are subject to transaction latency, confirmation failures, network congestion, and volatility. Pixel Office is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or failed transactions due to blockchain node disconnects.
8. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the APIs, SDKs, or tools to generate malicious content, execute DDoS attacks, bypass authentication gates, or scrape private user data. Violations will result in immediate API key revocation and wallet balance forfeiture.
9. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. Ongoing use of the Showcase Hub or PixelPay API after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
